The Windvillage Interior layout

Located directly at the lagoon, the WindVillage offers up to 6 holiday homes for rent, in 3 different categories:

Superior (holiday home 1,2,3,4) 50 m2 Sea & Lagoon view max. 5 persons (table maken!!!)
Luxury (holiday home 5) 35 m2 Garden & Lagoon view max. 4 persons
Comfort (holiday home 6) 35 m2 Garden & Lagoon max. 2 persons

All homes comfortably accommodate minimum four persons.

The Windvillage Building

The apartment offer the following shared facilities: Garden adjacent to the beach with a private swimming pool, garden furniture and four spacious car parkings.
Each apartment is fully furnished, fully equipped and has been luxuriously finished. An apartment offers:
General: built-in safe, air-conditioning, large lockers in the rear building, wireless internet.
Living room: 2 person sofa bed, kitchen with two gas pits / plenty of closed space and all necessary kitchenware, dining table with 4 chairs, hi-fi set, TV, etc.
Bathroom: hot shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror
Bedrooms: 2 beds, built-in wardrobes

The WindVillage Services

The cleaning of the apartment is included.
The bedding and towels are renewed two-daily.

In addition, the island offers many services that make your vacation complete:
- Kite lessons and rental;
- Several restaurants and bars;
- Excursions, boat trips, etc.

The WindVillage Check-in and check-out policy
Check in time : 14:00 o' clock on day of arrival
Check Out time : 12:00 o' clock on day of departure

The WindVillage caretaker
You can ask our caretaker any questions related to your stay at The WindVillage. On arrival he will provide you with the key. When you leave, at the end of your stay, please return the key to him.

Care
We expect you when living in The WindVillage to treat the apartment with care as it was yours and keep it as clean as possible.
After your holiday, the next guests may expect the same luxury in The Windvillage as you have enjoyed. If there are imperfections in the apartment or on the grounds,
you may inform our caretaker. If anything is broken (example glass,plate, cupboard, lamps) please report this to the caretaker or when leaving The WindVillage.

Noise
Keep in mind there are more guests staying in The WindVillage. Therefore it is not allowed to make loud noise if this will disturb other guests. In case this cannot be solved through one another, please report this to our caretaker so he can make the necessary measures.

Use of swimming pool
It is not allowed for other people than guests to make use of the swimming pool.

Overnight
It is not allowed for other people than guests to stay on the grounds during the night.

(Garden) furniture
Any furniture such as Brasilazy's(puffs), parasols and deckchairs are not to be taken off the grounds and are only for the use of guests.

Animals
(House)animals are not allowed on The Wind Village grounds.

Storage
Do not use the garden and/or apartments as storage. All kite- and or surf-equipment must be stored in the kite- and beach deposit behind the building.

Theft
The Windvillage cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to belongings of guests on or outside our grounds.

Sustainability
You are at an ECOLOGICAL PARADISE!
Therefore we ask you to avoid using unnecessary energy and not to waste water. - When using the air conditioner please keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
- Turn off the air conditioner at your departure.
- Do not let water flow when not using.
- Switch off the lights when not using.

Inconveniences
The WindVillage is not responsible for any inconveniences from the area outside the WindVillage grounds.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations
Reservations can be made online on this website. If you prefer a certain apartment to the other, please inform us and if possible we may appoint this apartment to you. Otherwise an apartment will be appointed to you by The WindVillage.

Confirmation
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of the details of your booking, how to act the date of arrival at The Windvillage, where to pick up the key etcetera.

Correct Data
Please check that all data on the confirmation is correct. If not, please notify us within 48 hours from receiving this confirmation so we can make changes.
By making the payment you accept all conditions and terms maintained by The WindVillage.

Stay
The WindVillage deserves the right to move guests to a another apartment during their stay when this is needed to optimize the occupation.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation at least one month before arrival, a maximum of 50% will be refunded of the total billed sum. In case of cancellation taking place within one month from arrival-date there will be no refund. Therefore we recommend you to check the terms and conditions of your travel-insurance in case of unforeseen conditions.
