JULY 2013
"Pompeu", the owner of Windvillage’s next door beachbar, sold his property recently to an overseas investor.
His bar for sure was funny and famous too, but it also was noisy sometimes due the parties and music cars
calling on it, late evening and early night. Really noisy for the guests of all pousada’s at Ilha do Guajirú, but
now this finally has stopped! The Windvillage therefor welcomes very much the new owners/investors and
looks forward to the succesfull raise of their new project.

New rental formula launched at the Windvillage!
This month, October (1) 2013, the Windvillage launched a brandnew formula at Ilha do Guajirú for all holiday homes it has for rent:
- breakfast* is now included, an extra comfort!
- a new rate system is launched & put online!
- person 3 & 4 sleep free! (only 1 & 1 pay…)
